Privacy Policy
By using EchoFlux, you accept its privacy policy. In this policy, we outline what data our bot collects, why we store it, and how you can manage it.
1. Why do we store data?
We store data to ensure EchoFlux functions smoothly in your server. Features like custom prefixes, 24/7 voice channel settings, and bug reporting require us to save specific configurations so you don't have to set them up every single time you use the bot.
2. What data do we store?
To provide our music and utility services, we store the following:
- Server IDs: Used to save your server's custom prefix, 24/7 mode settings, and ignore channel configurations.
- User IDs & Server Info: Used for features like userinfo, serverinfo, managing Premium status, and processing bug reports via the report command.
- Voice Channel Data: We temporarily process your voice channel ID to join and play music, but we do NOT record or store your voice audio.
3. Who can access the data?
Your data is kept secure and private. Only the official developers at Matrix Development can access the bot's database to maintain operations and fix bugs.
4. How can you erase all your data?
If you want to wipe your server's custom configurations (like prefixes and 24/7 settings) from our database, simply kick EchoFlux from your Discord server.
5. Future Policy Changes
Yes, Matrix Development reserves the right to update this privacy policy as we add new features (like Spotify integration or new Filters). We will notify users of major changes via the bot's support channels.
Terms of Service
By inviting EchoFlux to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing EchoFlux, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as well as Discord's official Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EchoFlux primarily for its intended purpose: playing music and managing server audio configurations. You may not:
- Spam music commands to intentionally overload our audio nodes or API.
- Use the report command to send spam, abusive language, or false information to the developers.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or bypass any premium locks or feature restrictions.
3. Premium & Features
Certain modules (such as specific audio Filters or 24/7 mode) may be locked behind an EchoFlux Premium status. Matrix Development reserves the right to modify which features are free and which are premium at any time.
4. Audio Quality & Uptime
EchoFlux relies on third-party platforms and audio nodes to stream music. While we strive for the highest quality and 24/7 uptime, the bot is provided "as is". We are not liable for temporary buffering, audio drops, or bot outages due to API limitations or host maintenance.
5. Termination of Service
Matrix Development reserves the right to blacklist any user or server from using EchoFlux. This is typically reserved for users found abusing the bot, spamming the API, or violating Discord's ToS.
